👏 It’s Meet the Maker Monday!
We’re showcasing some of the craftspeople, artists and makers who’ll be joining us at our Designer and Maker Fair, 18-19 June…
🧶 Oshana is a social enterprise that supports Syrian refugee women living in the camps in Lebanon and Syria to lift themselves and their families out of poverty, heal through making, form new communities and find pride in the artisanal objects that they create.
🧵 Oshana offer beautifully handcrafted embroidered products that celebrate the mighty power of the stitch! From crocheted clothing items, to intricately cross-stitched cushions, blankets and bags.
When you buy an Oshana gift, you are supporting displaced women to earn a dignified living and not rely on charity to survive this crisis.
🛍️ Oshana is among the 30 local makers at this years fair. Explore beautifully-crafted products, support local independent businesses, stroll around our summer garden and refuel your retail therapy with treats served by our café partner @cacciaandtails

Laurissa for Lissome, by Iringo.
A celebration of natural processes. Looking at materials from new perspectives with nature as the origin or inspiration, ancient and futuristic techniques collide to open up a world of possibilities.
Thanks to everyone involved, the shoot was no mean feat considering, a covid scare, a pulled back and lost samples in Brexit chaos. But we got there. Thank you @thelissome 🖤
