I woke up one day & I decided I was done feeling like I wasn't good enough
I decided I didn't wanna feel week anymore or helpless anymore.
I feel that we all get into fitness for a similar reason, because we're ready to become that next version of ourselves.
Because we're ready to evolve & grow into the person we want to become.
I was inconsistent with the gym until I started recovering from my opioid addiction.
Then I showed up every fucking day...
The first thing I did every morning when I was recovering is I would wake up & immediately go to the gym!
When I had access to a car I'd drive, if I didn't I'd run!
Why? Because feeling better was a priority, staying clean was a priority & being something more then a depressed addict was a priority๐ค
Maybe you're not a recovering addict but your Instead going because you or someone you love used to get bullied & you wanna make sure you're strong enough to protect yourself & others!
Maybe you go because your sick of feeling like you're not enough!
Maybe you want to start because you want to love yourself more, lose your belly or feel more confident
Maybe going is your act of self love & self careโค๏ธ
There's no wrong reason, but the worst thing you can do for yourself is put it off, start focusing on being & feeling your best!
It will change everything๐ฅ
