What is madness?
What does it mean to be different? What are the limits that today's society places on us, beyond which we could be considered crazy?

According to Wikipedia, "the definition of insanity is influenced by historical moment, culture, convention, so it is possible to consider something or someone insane that was previously normal and vice versa."

Today's society places several limits on the possibility of totally abandoning the control of our movements and actions according to our emotions, so the human being has a tendency to look for places where the free expression of the body does not follow external judgments based on archetypes, or mental structures imposed by society, like night clubs to mention just one.
In Japan, for example, where showing one's emotions is not well seen by society, private and secure spaces have been created, to allow people to let out all the deepest feelings, through crying, screaming, free movements of the body, singing and more.

I invite you to reflect on the last time you wanted to do something crazy but were stopped by the preconception that someone could judge you based on the standards set by society.
