三個都是under drag(反胯下)後變向再啟動,但是第三個是最好的👌
原因是角錐的位置與球停在手上的時間。
第一個under drag的問題是:
如果從上方抓角錐肩膀就不會被限制太低,而且做under drag會比較容易,因為你的無球手可以更快去接球,但這不是我們想要的身體位置與停球時間。
第二個under drag問題是:
做under drag 時,球沒有停於手上太久(吸不住),無球手就需要很快的放完角錐再來接球,導致放角錐的動作會跟under drag”黏”在一起,動作黏在一起就會沒有節奏,也沒有順序性,那就會很混亂。
第三個under drag則最好,不只是拿角錐的位置,還有先放角錐(停球較久)後再做under drag,動作是分明的。
球能停愈久,你就能做出愈多不同的攻擊💪💪💪
P.s. 最後的照片可以比較一下肩膀的位置與手離地面的距離👍
All 3 moves are under drag but the third under drag is the most correct. Because of the position of the shoulder and the floats of the ball.
The first under drag, @samuel.1246 grab the top of the cone, so the shoulder can’t be low enough. (not what we want to see)
The second under drag’s problem is that the ball didn’t float in hand (ball drop immediately),and the moves is kind of mix together.
The Third one is the most correct under drag, not only the position of the shoulder and the off hand but also the ball has float in hand for a period of time.
The longer the ball floats in your hand the more moves you can do.
P.s. The last photo can see the difference between the correct & incorrect under drag.( position of shoulder & off hand)
