Hiiiiiiii, I’m back!!!! After this break I’m ready to go back to (hopefully) daily posts, and here’s as I promised In The Meantime by Alessia Cara; which was released in 2021. Let’s begin 🐠🧡 This album is very special to me. I don’t remember much of what happened to me the morning I played it, but whenever I listen to any of these songs I get a very good feeling, and memories start coming back from those days 🥰🥰 No matter what people say, I think this is actually a great album. Alessia’s latest album is definitely the one that defines her the most (maybe not as an artist but as a person). She kept it true to herself on this project and made a lovely album. The lyrics ate once again (no surprise there) and her voice is super cute. Maybe the “worst” thing of the album is the production. Too simple and sometimes gets annoying (when it comes to listen to the whole album in a row). It’s a very long album and that’s it’s main problem. A shorter tracklist would’ve made it amazing. But that doesn’t mean that listening to the songs individually makes them bad. I like the singles and the music videos, and the album cover is GORGEOUS. This was the first album I listened by her, so it holds a special place in my heart. But, unfortunately, it’s her worst album. 🧡🧡🧡🧡 I wanna see what she does in the future. Top 5 of the album: 1.
