Today we welcomed 20 talented a-level students to an experience day at The Hangar alongside our charity partners at the Small Piece Trust as part of our Passport to Change Programme. The programme is designed to empower and inspire talented individuals from all walks of life who hope to progress within STEM careers, whilst gaining life and leadership skills through mentorship, education and in-field experience days 🛠️

We’ve been a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community since the start of Virgin Atlantic, championing diversity and enabling our people and customers to feel proud of who they are, no matter how they identify or who they love 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Earlier this month we chatted to members of our internal Pride at Virgin network about why it’s so important and how representation makes them feel valued. For us, Pride is a 365 day celebration and we’ll be continuing to support the LGBTQ+ community, including our headline sponsorship of @manchesterpride in August.

We’ve got some brilliant news.
