In 2009 at the NPC Nationals I witnessed Cedric winning his pro card. On that day I was discussing Cedric’s performance with another competitor who had turned Pro a few months ago at the North Americans his name was Shawn Rhoden. Cedric had a wonderful career and as he liked to say he was “Arnold’s favorite bodybuilder” November 2021 in Brazil we reunited, where he did a legendary guest posing routine and then during this interview he said “ Vai Maromba” (go bodybuilders) which was the saying that all of us Brazilians that work out loved. Cedric was a military man with a great spirit and I know he is out there with Shawn hitting a few poses. We will miss you dearly my friend! Terrick
