We finally had a much needed rainy day in NYC and the Hamptons yesterday. I stayed cozy inside and caught up on many things including a scroll through my camera roll. I found this pic from a rainy fall day in London many years ago. I wish I could remember which charming Mews this is. (If any of you who are London-based recognize it, please let me know!) I’m long overdue for a trip there, but for now I’ll just have to relive it through my pics. Any fall travel plans on your horizon? Happy Wednesday, stay well and stay safe! #beautifullondon#mews#throwback#prettycitylondon
Today is what is locally known as “Tumbleweed Tuesday” in the Hamptons. Most of the summer people have packed up and headed out of town. It’s hard to believe it’s already here and the leaves are already starting to fall on Main Street in Amagansett. Happy Tuesday, and happy back to work or school! Stay well and stay safe! #hamptonsliving#amagansett#fallvibes
As we close out the last day of the long weekend, I thought I’d share this beautiful hydrangea-filled block on the Upper West Side. (Riverside Drive between 76th & 77th St.) Soon I’ll be back in NYC and excited to start shooting new fall pics and doing more book signings. But the end of summer always brings a mix of emotions. Onward and upward! Happy Labor Day and Happy Monday, stay well and stay safe! #ilovenyc#upperwestside#walkwithmenewyork
For a “whale of a good time”, zoom in on this seriously charming house in Wainscott! I love all the details: the wild grass yard, the red geraniums in the window boxes, and the three whales on the facade. Doesn’t get more cute than this, does it? Happy Sunday, stay well and enjoy the long weekend! #housegoals#wainscott#summerinthehamptons
I hope everyone is enjoying this last “unofficial” weekend of summer. I’m already feeling fall vibes in the Hamptons—hydrangeas are fading (along with the humidity), and I’ve already put on a sweater because of this morning’s cooler temps. I can see myself relaxing with a hot cup of coffee on this perfectly cozy porch in Amagansett. Can’t you? Happy Saturday, stay well! #charminghome#amagansett#thehamptons
Grove Street in the West Village is always one of my favorite streets to stroll. And no matter how many times I walk it, there’s always something that catches my eye. I couldn’t resist a close-up pic of this fav colorful ivy covered facade and sidewalk planter with red flowers. I’ve been hearing from many of you that you’ll be visiting NYC this fall, so make sure to check out this charming block! PS: What are your Labor Day Weekend plans? Happy Friday, stay well and stay safe! #ilovenyc#westvillage#walkwithmenewyork
Happy September!! Who’s ready for sweater weather and changing leaves? This pic of the golden leaf carpet at the New York Public Library in late fall is a fav from my book. It sums up everything I love about the season: cool temps and warm colors. 🍁 Happy Thursday, stay well and stay safe! #ilovenyc#nypl#midtownmanhattan#walkwithmenewyork
I can’t believe it’s the last day of August!! The past three months have flown by. With its fabulous porch, this all-time fav classic “cottage” in Amagansett has always represented the best of summer living to me. The leaves on the foreground of the lawn are a harbinger of what’s to come. See you in September! Happy Wednesday, stay well and stay safe! #housegoals#amagansett#summerinthehamptons
I couldn’t resist stopping to shoot this charming cottage from my drive/walk in Wainscott last week. My hubby was doing the driving—he pulled over and patiently waited so I could do some walking along Main Street. Everything looks so much more interesting by foot! Happy Tuesday, stay well and stay safe! #housegoals#wainscott#summerinthehamptons#ipulledoverforthis
Have wheels will travel. This is how I commute for my morning coffee while in Amagansett. I’m trying to soak up these last lovely days of summer—even though fall is my favorite season. Are you team “Bring on Fall” or team “Hold onto Summer”? Happy Monday, stay well and stay safe! #summerinthehamptons#amagansett#bikesofinsta#thehamptons
This elegant brick Federal Style house on Main Street in Sag Harbor (ca. 1840) always reminds me of the West Village. (Minus the front lawn and landscaping of course.) It’s been under exterior renovation for a few years now, so I thought I’d share this oldie but goodie from a few summers ago. I miss shooting it! Here’s hoping its back to its former lush green beauty soon. (How gorgeous is that climbing hydrangea!) Happy Sunday, stay well and stay safe! #dreamhouse#sagharbor#summerinthehamptons
✨BOOK NEWS✨ I’m happy to report that the second printing of my book, WALK WITH ME: NEW YORK, is finally back in bookstores and online after being sold out!! In the past month, many of you have been asking me about where they can buy my book, so I thought I’d share some pics of my favorite NYC and Hamptons bookstores who are carrying it. And of course you can always ✨Link in my Bio✨to order online, and to order signed copies from @bookhampton! (And not to jump the gun, because it’s still summer, but it could make a great holiday gift!) 😉 Happy Saturday, stay well and stay safe! #walkwithmenewyork

It’s almost the weekend! What are your plans? I’m still in Amagansett, but I keep thinking about getting back to the city and enjoying @pastisnyc, one of my fav restaurants. (It’s featured in my book!) This is a throwback pic from June when I shot the @leafflowershow in the Meatpacking District. I wish the floral display could stay all summer long. 🌻 Happy Friday, stay well and stay cool!! #ilovenyc#pastis#nycrestaurants#walkwithmenewyork
