Fiery blues amidst a sea of red in the heart of the Cygnus constellation. At 6000 light years away, NGC 6914 contains two reflection nebulae, vdB 132 and vdB 131, which are the blue fuzzy patches that you see above. Always an ambitious project from bortle 9 requiring long integration times, but the L-Pro filter seemed to pull through 😀 L-eXtreme was also used to provide better contrast for the Hydrogen regions.
