πͺ¬ CAΒ·THARΒ·TIC πͺ¬
If I had to choose a word to describe this year of my life - Cathartic would definitely be it.
So many ups and downs
so many tears
so many unanswered questions
so many conversations with the mirror
so many encounters face to face with fear
and a whole lot of stripping every single part of myself, or who I thought I was, to build myself up again from the ground up - with a better foundation.
A foundation that is healing, aiming for a healthier and better self not only for me, and my future, but also to be able to serve as a teacher to others ready to awaken.
Rediscovering yourself is a powerful journey, full of challenges but with the knowledge that you are becoming who you want to be, and not who others want you to be.
I am thankful I get to be here - on this journey, surrounded by loved ones physically and spiritually.
Cheers for more years of learning πβ¨
untouched by the magic lens of πΈ @alquan
Since your first day (physically) in this world I knew our bond was going to be very special
and that although you didnβt know it, you had this magical π« power to heal my heart instantly when it was going through a rough time.
My little bolita de queso π§
You came to change our lives and I have learned SO so much from you in these 7 years.
I try to be a better human and a strong female figure every day only hoping that I am someone you can look up to.
Love to grow with you.
With love, Titi π #auntylove#latialoca

Although I have a clear bias for your beautiful beaches π
I am beyond thankful for everything you have blessed us with.
Your beauty is truly breathtaking and your healing powers are unmatched. π±
You are way too good to us even when we donβt know how to take care of you very well, and that is unconditional love. π
I have faith that we, as humanity, will one day learn how to love the way you do, unconditionally and beautifully from a good place.
Thank you for everything Pachamama πβ¨#earthday
We all must grow up, but growing up doesnβt mean we have to stop playing.
Keeping out inner child alive is more powerful than you can imagine and definitely a source to keep your mental health stable.
My inner child loves dancing outdoors, the beach and good food π
what does your inner child love to do? π€Έπ½ββοΈπ
