Thank you so much to everyone who came out to a show over the past week… road tripping across Germany with my acoustic guitar was the perfect way to ease back in to touring life and connecting with you all is a feeling I’d forgotten I needed so so much. There was more than one show where I was genuinely fighting back the tears. I’ll be counting down the days to my London show on October and announcing much more shows very soon! Thank you to my brother in arms @stevenweston for getting me from gig to gig and generally just being incredible… I haven’t laughed so much in a long time and I needed it. Let’s just go straight to the picnic my man! Also lots of love to @wirsindaugustaugust and @kidsofadelaide it was a pleasure sharing the road with you all ❤️✨see you again soon 🇩🇪

July was a month of late night writing, family by the sea and lazy morning walks on the Heath! Two weeks to go until Drink To This. 🌹
My next single ‘Drink To This’ will be yours on 5th August. I love this song. It took many twists and turns to get to this point and I couldn’t be more proud of where it ended up, which is simply a raw piano and vocal. Thank you to everyone involved in making this song happen from the initial spark of the idea with collaborators and friends @stevenweston and @_laurawelsh to finishing writing it it in Spain with @shemovesofficial and recording the final thing at Snap studios in London with @rich_cooper_

I love to carry my 35mm point and shoot camera around with me. I often just leave it in the room for people to pick up and take a snap when they feel like it… I’m definitely not a photographer but I love the candidness you can pick up on a film camera when theres no way of editing in the moment. You always end up with something that is more intimate and more real when you develop the film. I don’t normally share what I capture on film but I’m going to start sharing a roll every month over on my Spotify page so please head over to my page and follow me to see the photos.
