FELLOW of the AMERICAN ACADEMY of ESTHETIC DENTISTRY has been a goal ever since my mentor and former Chair, past AAED president and esthetic dentistry icon Dr. Gerard Chiche had me present to this most prestigious group in 2003, my first “major” presentation after moving to the US. Ironically, almost exactly 20 years later, in the exact same venue, it came true. Thank you so much Dr. Chiche for all your support and to my prior mentor and Chair Prof. Dr. Jörg Strub for being a true role model and laying the foundation for my professional career. Gratitude to the Academy for allowing me to become part of this outstanding group of global leaders in esthetic dentistry. What an humbling honor! Congrats to all the new Associate Members and Fellows, especially the “fellowship class of 2023” with classmates @chriscoachman, André Ritter, Daniel Edelhoff and more.
