6 September 2022 - #tuesday … not gonna lie… weird day today… I’m a creature of routine… and my routine has been disrupted by the absence of the four legged furry meow machine… the looking over the shoulder to check she ain’t there… the listening for the demand for food… the opening of the door to let her out, even if she doesn’t go out… I ploughed on with work… 734 emails greeted me… 1236 slack messages needed attention… I did not open my work email or slack for 10 days… but still…. 5 September 2022 - #monday … it’s a frigging tragedy… Sugar, or more affectionately known as Shoogs, passed away at the ripe old age of almost 21 on 31 august 2022… it’s the one thing I didn’t post in real time… everyone was devastated… we knew it was coming but it’s always a shock when it happens… especially when you’re off sunning yourself on holiday. Just want to thank mum and dad for looking after her in her final days… saw her today at the #vet . These were the last pictures I took of her before I flew on holiday.
