I packed up the cooler bags ready with quick free, speed and low syn meal ingredients and snacks so when we get back from fell walking etc it’s so easy to throw together a tasty #lowsynmeal
Being on holiday DOESN’T need to mean spectacularly falling off the wagon, for me it’s staying in control when I can .. and relaxing a little when I want/ need to (I’ll always have room for Cartmell sticky toffee pud it’s a given!)
