Scenes from an Italian restaurant 🍽 During our #MKCxCapri festivities, Michael Kors stopped by @LaCapanninaCapri, a legendary restaurant on the island that has been serving up classic Italian dishes since 1931. WFP does not endorse any product or service. Video by @romainreglade Recipe: For the pasta dough, combine flour and boiling water, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Combine the filling ingredients in a separate bowl. Cut the dough into 4 sections. Dust a smooth surface with flour and roll each section out until thin. Put the filling in a piping bag and squeeze a small amount of filling an inch apart on the dough. Fold the dough over the piped filling and cut each ravioli with a stencil or sharp knife. Boil the ravioli until they float to the surface. Serve with tomato sauce, a basil leaf and then Parmesan cheese or melted butter.
