Joining the company as a stylist, making a sacrifice and some life changing decisions, @olivermenspire never let go of his vision of becoming a significant figure in the company. After many months of hard work, dedication and planning, On this day in 2018, he opened the doors to his first MENSPIRE salon, located in Radlett. Today marks 4 years since the opening MENSPIRE Radlett. 🎈 @olivermenspire is a prime example of an individual who withheld a strong vision and let nothing get in between that. He utilised his platform and made his dreams come true. He grasped onto this new role of a director with both hands and really ran with it. 4 years on, MENSPIRE Radlett has established a solid client base and a firm place in the local community. @olivermenspire has grown from a hairdresser to a leader, helped many individuals start and develop in the industry and has stamped his name firmly in MENSPIRE. He has also grown further into his role as he used this milestone as a stepping stone to diversify his directorship and go onto becoming a director of several other shops. A huge congratulations to @olivermenspire , we still got a lot more coming!
