He started out in the industry as a spark trainee on a TV drama at Warner Bros and a high-end feature film. These experiences created a strong foundation for Gian to build upon.
Now working on a broad range of productions from short films, commercials, HETV, music videos, and promos he is keen to meet new gaffers, continue learning and have fun!

Ernest is a London Based Focus Puller with experience working on commercials, narrative, and music promos.
Having started his career in Hong Kong as a trainee, he moved to London in 2014 working his way up the camera department before officially stepping up as a focus puller in 2018.
Ernest is hardworking, organised, and a great problem solver. He is also a great leader and experienced in multi-camera shoots in both digital and 16mm formats. Able to provide high end wireless lens control and monitoring kit for wet hire and knowledgeable in carnets for shooting abroad.

Since graduating from University of the Arts London in 2020 Grace has worked tirelessly to establish herself within short and long form content, having recently completed a 7 month contract on HBO’s ‘The Nevers’.
Grace is highly dedicated to learning and progressing within the camera department, and is keen to gain further experience working with analogue formats.
Grace has bases in London and Sydney, and a full clean drivers licence.

Our Abi Lawrence @abi.lawrence.makeup has now stepped up from Hair & Make Up Trainee and is now working as a junior in Feature Film & HETV and assisting on commercial projects 🙌🏼
Abi has been working consistently as a junior since January 2022. In this time, she has worked on Ted Lasso, the new Barbie film, and a new Disney pilot amongst others.
She has also begun working as an assistant on a variety of fashion and commercial content shoots this year, this is an area of Abis's portfolio that she is keen to develop and progress into.
Throughout her career, Abi has worked on everything from fashion, music videos, commercials, and short films as well as high-end Film and TV. Abi is also trained in barbering and has completed courses in afro hair styling as well as prosthetics and special effects.

Meet Runner Morgan Turner @morganraeturner 👋🏼
Morgan graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2018 with a Multimedia Journalism degree.
Since starting as a studio assistant a year and a half ago, she has covered a range of roles from studio management to spending time on set as a production assistant, runner and lighting technician.
On set, she has worked on commercials and music videos – both stills, and moving picture.
Although Morgan enjoys a wide range of roles, her passion is in lighting and she is hoping to gain more experience and knowledge in the electrical department on set.

Raised in Copenhagen, Delphine moved to London whilst travelling Europe working as a dancer. Her interest in set design and dressing developed as a way for her to combine her creative and hands-on skillset whilst working in a performance setting.

Over the years, she has been fortunate to gain experience in set dressing, prop styling, standby props, research, prop sourcing and buying.
Delphine has ten years of experience working in floristry and has made flower arrangements for events, Fashion Week, TV shows and experimental installations.
