going into my next trip around the sun feeling very ~ loved and grown 🦋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 32 has been the most testing but transformative year for me. life has been hard and messy lately, and to say therapy has turned my life around is an understatement. i’m proud of myself for continuing to learn and grow whilst staying curious and vulnerable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ a friend recently said to me that I deserved a big kind of love, at a time when I felt completely defeated - but now i realise that everything in my life is exactly as it should be. i am already surrounded with an abundance of love and support from my friends and family who lift me up and hold me down ~ old and new. lucky to have you all, and love you all immensely 🥰🥰🥰 entering 33 as a new and improved and happier me 🤍
