Made with all natural and plant based ingredients, I simply added plant based ground beef, ketchup and apple cider vinegar. That's right, basically four ingredients and we had a delicious and modern take on the old-school Sloppy Joe's.

Cheezio Gone Green is my favorite #hinotehack. Fresh summer veggies paired with the delicious, dairy-free creamy sauce from Cheezio is a total winner.
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet @hinote Cheezio Pepe
6 tbsp vegan butter
10 oz pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
4-6 handfuls of fresh baby spinach or baby kale leaves, washed, dried and chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, torn into little pieces
Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook pasta according to package in salted water. When the pasta is cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and add the peas and spinach leaves to the pot along with the pasta.
2. Drain pasta and veggies immediately, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
3. Place the pasta and greens back in the pot and add the Hi Note Cheezio Pepe, vegan butter, olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper and reserved pasta water.
4. Stir together for a couple minutes until creamy and thoroughly mixed.
5. Garnish with fresh torn basil and sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes.
6. Serve and enjoy!

For this recipe you’ll need 1 tbsp of Cheezio Pepe Seasoning, 3 tbsp Olive Oil, and a 1/2 lemon, juiced.
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small mixing bowl combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and Cheezio Pepe Seasoning.
2. Whisk until well combined.
3. Enjoy with raw veggies of your choice! 🎉
