We have partnered with @della_vite to create an elegant and sophisticated cocktail, fit for any summer celebration. Sakura Vite combines the citrus and spice of Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’ with the dry and tart gooseberry notes of Della Vite Prosecco and sencha sakura tea. Ingredients: 25ml (0.8 fl. oz) Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’ 25ml (0.8 fl. oz) Sencha tea 15ml (0.5 fl. oz) Lemon balm syrup Della Vite Prosecco Method: Add the ‘Start Point’, sencha tea and lemon balm syrup into a mixing glass and stir with ice. Pour into a chilled Martini glass and top with Della Vite Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Sakura Vite is also currently available to order at our Distillery Bar in Salcombe.
