How about a weekend challenge?
We would love to see what worms look like in your backyard.
Head over to our Facebook page and drop your photos in our comments section and let’s see what is wiggling around (link in bio)
Check out this giant Mount Lofty Earth Worm (Gemascolex stirlingi) that was found at Cleland Wildlife Park this week.

Yesterday was a sad day for the team at Cleland Wildlife Park as we had to say farewell to the well-known and well-loved koala, Nick.
Nick came to us 13 years ago as an orphaned joey, and over the years he managed to win the hearts of many. Nick was known for his natural flair for the spotlight and for following staff to get a cuddle (even if it wasn’t his turn).
We will miss you Nick
RIP.

Little Daisy is starting her week with an adventure. The Cleland Wildlife Park team gradually introduces our koala joeys to different areas of the park. This allows them to listen to new sounds, smell different spaces and learn to adapt to different movements.
This morning, Daisy is having her breakfast in a new area and thoroughly enjoying her eucalyptus leaves.
