Today is this cuties birthday!!! And I just got some film back from our trip and I was really looking forward to how this still turned out - shot in the Atlas Mountains at the home of a local family. I love this photo of Lucy, especially for her 33rd birthday. Confident, powerful, in charge, yet, soft, kind, generous, warm, loving. I’m so proud of you boots. I’m in awe of your strength and courage and above all how much light and love you shine onto each person you meet. I get to witness first hand how you brighten up peoples lives. Including mine. I’m so Thankful for all the years of the laughing so hard I nearly pee my pants, all of the adventures and hikes and chats and movies and food and hugs and joy. I’ll forever be in your corner championing you in every way!!! Thank you for this trip of a lifetime and thank you for being you. Love you Karen!!!!
