41 Chev rear fender. The last picture is what came in. It has seen better days for sure, but it's future is looking bright. The rest of the fenders have a really cool patina, so rather than replace it and spend all the time trying to match the patina, we're just cutting out the super ugly and replacing it. I wanted to make it in one piece, but I guess I'll still have to build the flange separately. These quick and dirty jobs are nice sometimes because you can see so much happening so quickly. The big jobs and complete builds seem to take forever. Especially when you have to engineer and build or design all of the little stuff in addition to the big stuff. Speaking of the big stuff, the #40ford #Duramax #firetruck is about to have a gaggle of awesome going on in the next week or 2. So if you've read this far, you've got a jump on the future.
