Our friend Keoki Stender photographed these Buan's Gobies at 20 ft in Palau waters in 2018. This adult pair appears to be engaged in some stunning courtship behavior with their iridescent stripes (which are typically darker in coloration) catching the light just right. Biota recently began aquaculturing this beautiful and hardworking sand sifter species for the first time ever. We have juveniles available now, ready to get to work in your home aquarium.
