Don't miss out on our Community Panel! Although many Asian American / Asian diaspora communities carry generations of trauma, our stories are seldom shared. In this panel, we will highlight those narratives and begin breaking down the barriers that prevent us from having open conversation between generations.

We are so honoured to have @cathyparkhong (Cathy Park Hong) and @jbrekkie (Michelle Zauner) join #TransformASIAN2022 for our Fireside Chat.
Moderated by our Board Chair & President @yourchangeprovider (Jeanie Chang), the fireside chat will highlight themes from the three conference pillars of self, community and society. As their share wisdom from their work and experiences, they will discuss what's next for us as a community.

Come hear the Society Panel speak on May 1 at our virtual conference #transformasian2022!
Far too often, the Asian American and Pacific Islander diaspora is seen as a monolith that is doing “well” across measures of “success” – our challenges are diminished. This panel will feature panelists discussing the pressures of existing and persevering in a Eurocentric society, while trying to create space for our communities.

🌱 Introducing our panelists for our SELF Panel at #TransformASIAN2022!
Understanding what it means to develop a positive self identity as an Asian American and Pacific Islander is a complex process. In the Self Panel, panelists will share their experiences in overcoming internalized stigma and reconnecting with their culture unapologetically for themselves and others.

We invite our community to join us in solidarity and remember the victims, survivors, and family members of the tragic Atlanta Spa Shootings that occurred a year ago today on March 16, 2021.
Over the past year, we’ve witnessed our community come together, bound by grief and trauma, as we committed to providing ways to help each other build resilience and heal.
On this anniversary, we remember the lives taken and their loved ones. We are deeply committed to promoting conversations, providing safe spaces for our community, and offering mental health resources that are easily available, approachable, and accessible to Asian communities worldwide.
