The first one is really challenging for the obliques of the bottom side to maintain the form. The inner-thighs of the bottom leg also work intensely to lift the leg, and the whole core works to maintain the balance😅

✔️Make sure to do each exercise on both sides and notice if one side is stronger than the other. We usually have a dominant side that tends to take over when we do bilateral exercises. Doing unilateral exercises like the ones in the videos helps to identify some imbalances in our body and helps to restore balance by training each side accordingly.
