Be apart of something that’s bigger than you. In the south there’s not too many performing arts programs/camps or schools that money is put into. Money is put more into our public school system in sociology-economic proximal areas to create factory workers and to fill up private prisons for the owners benefit. To me this was the koolest thing I’ve done in a while with a collective of people with the youth. Especially it being ran by people that look like us because representation matters.
