In December 2021 Shelter and agency Dark Horses came up with the idea of home teams wearing away kits in honour of the twenty five families who become homeless during the duration of a football match. Six months on, and with the housing crisis still no nearer an improvement, we thought today was a good idea to revisit this film.
Directed by Pete Banks, the film depicts a series of short, funny, heart-warming vignettes based on the classic traditions of Boxing Day football.
