Continuous bounds over cones set at 6 steps apart now you can obviously make the space more or less depending on the athletes your working with at the time ..I use as a progressive bounding exercise meaning get the athlete to understand what you want by having the cones set just at 4 steps apart then increase a step at a time , your looking for good positive ground contacts good knee lift & body upright you want smooth transition
