Delightful Dorset, the perfect spot to be during a heatwave, standing atop the Jurassic coastline with a gentle sea breeze cooling you off and looking down on this lovely little seaside town, aptly called Seatown! Not really a town, there was only one pub, a scattering of cottages and one shop but it was lovely to park right on the beach and we were able to carry our fold up chairs right to the shoreline and spend the afternoon relaxing in the sun. Later on we walked up the hill, through the cows and stood at the top looking at this magnificent view, I loved the green and blue scenery, the azure coloured sea looked so pretty, from up here, very fresh and cool! The walk up was a struggle in the heat but well worth it and great to be downhill all the way back! 💚🏖☀️ It was already 24°C in the garden at 9am, so breakfast in the shade this morning! Take care and look out for others in these unusually high temperatures we're getting in the UK.
