I wonder if encampments would have gotten this much attention if the commission had voted to put the encampment in District 5 🤔 NO ONE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CONCEPT OF ENCAMPMENTS UNTIL THEY CAME TO YOUR BACKYARD!
