✨ MONTHLY WEIGHTLOSS TRACKER ✨ 8 STONE 10.5LBS GONE IN TOTAL, IN 18 MONTHS on @slimmingworld 🎉🎉🎉 July has been a tough month with so many social events - baby showers, afternoon tea, bottemless brunch, buffets, bbq's, birthdays, nights out, end of year presents aka chocolate from school etc etc - I had a few gains at the start of the month, then gradually clawed it back with SP days 🙌🏼 Overall a 1.75lb loss, taking me down to 9 stone 9 🙌🏼🙌🏼 ABSOLUTELY BUZZING 😁 Never in my wildest dreams imagined I be in the 9 stones 🤯 it feels INCREDIBLE! I've got 1 more week before I go on a 2 week hols, going to try to get a loss next week (although out for my birthday meal so may not be the case 😬) then I know I will gain have a big gain on holiday. I gained 17lbs at Christmas but lost it in 3 weeks so I'm not worrying about it. I will try to limit snacking etc but I'm expecting a big + in the August space 🙊 believe me though, it'll be gone by the Sept circle 😘😘😘 I'm absolutely loving being in the 9 stones, this is where I want to be forever now.
