… Goooood morning! It’s a beautiful Sunday here in mid coast Maine, and a reflective riverside run means I get double sunshine☀️☀️One in the sky and one on the water. Even some sunshine on my shoulder 🎶 . Seven miles at recovery pace which is good because that’s all my legs could manage! Not sore, just really tired and slow. . And why do they call these slower paces a sexy pace?!? Goodness gracious, I felt like a drunken sloth trying to run for the first time-there’s certainly nothing sexy about that! .
