FULL TECHNIQUE breakdown ✨ Yooo what’s up beauties, here’s my process to create a soft grow out with low maintenance for my blondes! ⬇️ 1. Focus on detailing the hairline - doing this allows your client to feel bright all around. In the back I like to take two back to back BABY fine weaves, followed by a teased section with a thicker weave. For the front hairline I take one weave, followed by a baaaaby fine slice, followed by a teased weave 👍🏼 2. Tease every section - THISSS is the most important step when creating low maintenance hair color! Teasing is essentially blend insurance, when combed out it acts as a natural shadow to the section you just lightened. 3. Smudge the root with their natural color - I used @redken 7N + 7NW for her root shade, this gave me the perfect color blend to create softness between her new highlights & natural color. 4. Tap the money piece & blend your all over toner - tapping the money piece allows it to be soft, and blending your root shade with your all over creates a seamless blend!
