One of the first jobs for the UK's new prime minister was to pick her top team of ministers to help her govern the country.
Liz Truss's new cabinet is the most ethnically diverse ever. For the first time, none of the "great offices of state" is held by a white man, with Suella Braverman as home secretary, Kwasi Kwarteng as chancellor and James Cleverly as foreign secretary.
It's also the first time that both the prime minister and deputy prime minister are women - as Therese Coffey becomes the second highest ranked person in government.
But in other ways, the team is less diverse. More than a third went Oxford or Cambridge universities and 68% attended private (fee-paying) schools.
And for all those who got a promotion - others lost their role. None of those who supported her defeated rival, Rishi Sunak, are full members of Liz Truss’s cabinet.
