Yesterday was still awesome despite the car going down. The people I met were all so nice and hospitable. The track is incredible, terrifying at times but incredible none the less! I’ll definitely be back! The changes to the car felt great. Aero is a game changer for sure. Even on the worn CR1’s from last year the car just gripped! I only got 4 laps in before the transmission ejected an axle and dumped oil all over my tires causing me to spin out and off T13. This the first lap I had enough heat in the tires to start pushing and the AIM had a predicted lap going of 2:02. I Definitely think if I had more time settle in with the car and learn the track the weekend goal of #sub2club would have been obtainable. Next time!
