Can you relate? For many of us, so much of this certainty-seeking is linked to trauma; we experienced extremely adverse, abusive reactions to messing things up. We are “overly careful” to be safe that it won’t happen again. It has to do with simply needing more information to feel sure and safe nothing weird happens. I don’t know why this analogy is coming to mind right now but imagine having to drive in very, very bad weather, at night, with no lights on, on a road you’ve never gone before. These questions I talk about in the post function like a map, lights, GPS, that will help you feel safe that you’ll be able to navigate this unknown situation you find yourself in, well, safely. Also, yes, I changed the design again! I hope you like it!
