You don’t always have to accomplishment something every day If you’ve woke up, washed your face and went out into the world when really you just wanted to hide under your duvet, then be proud of yourself because that’s a massive accomplishment in itself We’re not being fair to ourselves if we’re always feeling like we should be doing something significant daily, it’s just going to cause us unnecessary stress Always remember to celebrate the small victories Today… I never accomplished getting up Carnedd Llewelyn but that’s ok. I’m not good with scrambling in places I’ve never been before and I went the wrong way. It’s fine though, lots of lessons learned, it was a day out in beautiful Ogwen Valley and I had THE BEST view for my lunch.
