What a weekend - which included a day out in Cornwall where Flying Scotsman was captured working a Torpoint to Penzance special via St Germain Junction. This new part of the miniverse may be familiar to some as it stared as the station “Neath Reiverside” in “The Valley’s” a Skyflix drama set in 60s South Wales. This view is conveniently next to a pub which following more tourist visits now serves better quality local ale.
