Full interview with @cbergfeldt up on my IGTV! 📺 It took me a week but it hit me.. Not because it’s me, but because for dancers, being allowed space on a platform like this (a prime time talk show) is huge. A space where our work is appreciated, admired, talked about and respected! Where we are seen as industry equals, not just “the backup dancers”. I hope this is the beginning of many opportunities for me to share more about the incredible and challenging life as a dance artist. The good and the bad! I briefly had a chance to talk about injuries, how dancers are athletes, our long hours, auditions but also how incredible and out worldly the feeling we experience on stage is.
