But here’s what we’re gonna be crushing…    CAIPIRINHAS    They’re easy-to-make yet strong, a little sweet and sour, and the perfect beachside/poolside/under-the-sun cocktail🏝     What are you all drinking this summer?     INGREDIENTS:   2 oz cachaça   3/4 oz simple syrup   1 lime, quartered  Garnish: none     DIRECTIONS:  Muddle the lime pieces and syrup in an old fashioned glass. Add cachaça and top with plenty of crushed ice.
