Watch a huge comet reach its brightest! ☄️⁠ ⁠ ✨ Comet C/2017 K2 (PANSTARRS), or K2 for short, will reach its maximum brightness on August 4.⁠ ⁠ 🔭 You can spot it in the constellation Scorpius shining at a magnitude of 8.7. Of course, it's too dim for the naked eye, so you should use a telescope to view the comet.⁠ ⁠ ❗Apparently, C/2017 K2 is large (at least very active).
