Cosmic Lagoon 🌴⁠ ⁠ Captured by amatuer astrophotgrapher Bakry Abdullah in Saudi Arabia, this image features the beautifully detailed Lagoon Nebula. ⁠ ⁠ Also known as Messier 8 or NGC 6523, the Lagoon Nebula is a popular target for astronomers and can even be seen with binoculars on a clear night.
