Back to work , here’s one from the vault. #tomford shot by @stevenkleinstudio for @wmag in 2005 . #hair by @juliendys , #makeup by #peterphilips . #valleyofthedolls #styling #camillanickerson . Transforming those dolls was quite the challenge, arriving the night Before shooting in my hotelroom at the Château Marmont in LA , where I found 2 life size sexdolls in my room , one seated in a wheelchair, made me jump. Found a little note next to a box of glass eyes and a few latex faces that were supposed to be velcro’d on the dolls, saying to transform the ‘colourful’ makeup in to something more stylish. And the next day it was all about bronzing and for Julien , bleaching the male models. That was a fun shoot 😎
