I see a lot about stylist not wanting to take a retouch anymore.. It is an interesting concept considering 💯 of clients get grey over time and not everybody wants highlights or balayage. I understand that time is money and I understand we are in an era of curating our clientele. So what if you could speed up your process time by 25 min. This making the service have a better ROR( rate of return). In this video I used @ruskhaircare in 10 5N equal part 5A with our 10vol universal developer. The client has 35% grey and very stubborn, her and the grey 🤣. I got full grey coverage with 10 min processing time and the appointment lasted 1hr. ROR a big +. As stylist we are continually talking about client loyalty. We tend to take it personal when clients leave for another salon etc. As our clients age we have to remember they deserve our loyalty as well . To me that says people are needing some grey coverage.
