I've just about recovered from a long weekend spent at the wonderful Bluedot festival - a celebration of all things music and science under the shadow of the magnificent Lovell Telescope at Jodrell Bank! As well as a lot of wonderful musical acts, I also saw some brilliant talks from amazing scientists, including Prof. Brian Cox and Prof. Tim O'Brien and I got thinking about my Celestial Bodies series paintings which I started back in 2020. I'd originally planned to do more of these little eye pieces but ended up getting distracted a little bit by the events of 2020 and subsequently my 100 heads project! Oops! I'd definitely like to pick it up again soon though!
