The Board of Education by the request of the principal of PS 380 who insist for my daughter to be evaluated, the evaluation was done and has proven that she has no special needs or any medical condition that would affect her from learning. (IEP)
When I met with Executive superintendent and another coworker, I was told that if the evaluation is done and it is proven false the school will be to blame and held accountable. My daughter no longer attends PS 380 but the harsh allegations orchestrated by the principal of PS 380 needs to be addressed there are two incidents of my daughter being sent to the psychiatric hospital and there were not investigated. I need a proper investigation as to why was my daughter sent to a psychiatric hospital and what was the reason?
Children’s protective service @nycacs were used to enforce these allegations and now that it has been proven my daughter does not need any type of services my question is why was it so strongly enforced from the district office?

Student Services held meetings behind my back reassuring ACS @acs that I am an unfit mother and my daughter needs to be taken away from me. Using white lies to destroy black lives.
Gang members bully, threaten, and cause harm to those who get in their way. This is happening from the Board of Education. Parents are bullied, threatened and harm with the system with the help of ACS, the police and whom ever they could manipulate.
