Hey, hey! So……..the @eatseverything brief was pretty brief! ‘One massive brightly coloured piece of art that will be divided up into 10 smaller pieces of art’…..but this was enough to go on and gave me a lot of freedom to do whatever I wanted which is pretty cool ☺️. Each piece would then become the art for each of the next 10 releases on the @ediblerecords label (coming soon!) This is the largest piece of art I’ve ever attempted and I wasn’t sure how my art would translate into large scale. But i just went for it in my usual way - no rigid planning, just got some tunes on and began with some loose expressive marks and textures, building up the layers and making decisions as I went. It was a really fun, enjoyable process which is what it’s all about! 🥰 This piece went through MANY stages and transformations, dunno if you’d like to see some of this? K xx
