⭐8.7⭐ Tokugawacho Josui Honten Wow wow wow wow wow. Hmmm definitely the best shio ramen that I've had outside of Hakodate. But good chance that it might 🎌SHŌRI (勝利)🎌 "trump" all of those as well. Josui, keep doing yo thang fam! Highlights 1. This salt broth has this takoyaki essence to it. But I really have Noooo idea wtf is generating it. But it's freaking delicious and I need more!!! Noodles like hakata blending perfectly with the soup though. Slightly waxey but firm. 2. Menma doing menma things. That chili oil nice and potent. Charsiu unbelievable, rich in flavor and tender, as expected. Holy crap, and for ¥200 extra, you get a field of charsiu. I mean that shit is, freaking ridiculous. Lowlights 1. Not enough soup. 2. Some onion would be moneyyyy in this. But nope, they only put menma.
