Inspite of a coffee loving southern India, tea penetrates through the heart of the society and is a daily staple and a personal favourite of mine. 2. MEDHU VADA:- Crispy from outside and soft in the inside lentil donut served with chutney and sambhar. 3. BHAJJI:- No, Not Harbhajan Singh. This is another battered street staple in the southern part of India made of thin sliced plantains and onions. 4. BONDA:- A crispy potato and batter snack deep fried and served hot on its own. ___________ Description:- Shot whilst I was out in the street to grab a glass of chai a while ago.
